I didn’t build this coaching business from behind a desk. I built it on shop floors, at service counters, and in real conversations with customer who needed more than a quote — they needed trust.

Over the last 15+ years I’ve worked nearly every shop role: service advisor, manager, technician, shop foreman, trainer, and everything in between. I’ve had days on the counter where the phone wouldn’t stop ringing, customers were stacked three deep, and techs were waiting for approvals. I know the pressure.

Why I do this

I’ve lived the grind. I’ve manned the service counter, felt the pressure of stacked RO’s, the tension of tough customers, and the weight of knowing the shop depends on you to deliver. I’ve also seen what’s possible when the right systems, support, and mindset are in place.

I started The Momentum Syndicate because I believe advisors are the engine of the shop—but most aren’t given the tools or coaching they need to reach their full potential. Most owners focus on marketing or equipment, but ignore the person who’s actually driving the revenue every day: the advisor.
